  • If your web server doesn’t have the minimum¬† requirements.
  • Error after customizing code.
  • Error faced after using third party components, extensions and plugins.
  • If you are unable to give us proper information showing the problem you faced.


Support language

You offer support only in English language so it’s your responsibility to responsibility to write your problem in decent English.

Before requesting for support please read the product documentation clearly. You will get priority if you use the latest version of or themes and plugins. Always make sure that send support request by using the same email address you used to purchase your product.
